This Starbucks location consistently has slow service. Today, it took 13 minutes to get my iced caramel macchiato, and I had to return it because I was given the wrong size. I clearly ordered a Venti, but when I mentioned it, the employee pointed to the receipt with my name and said, ‘It says Grande.’ I told her again that I ordered a Venti. I literally ordered some drinks but in my opinion they could change because the drink is not placed well and literally the size is too small I put my three drinks I asked for one to put them and they literally came out falling on the floor because they are almost outside and also that would avoid an accident
