I always have a great experience here. I hac a one off day recently where the wrong size drink was given, but otherwise they're always friendly and always have what I want in stock (psst bring back the red velvet loaf slices lol)
This morning I went into the Starbucks in Hyattsville, Maryland. I order a Venti chai latte Which I got very late 15 minutes after I had ordered it they made it for me even though I told them that I needed my money back, but he didn’t want to refund the money back and started making the latte for me and it tasted nasty I don’t think he knew how to make it. Never again will I come to this location? I literally walked in the door and sat there for 25 minutes while the person who seems to be the manager was not doing anything just speaking with somebody while there’s about at least 10 people waiting.
Absolutely disgusting experience at this Starbucks. I walked in expecting to enjoy my breakfast inside, but instead, it felt like I had stepped into a hair salon. There were people literally doing hair inside, and one woman kept walking around with a huge chunk of hair in her hand—completely ruined my appetite.
