I usually love Starbucks, but this location was a big disappointment. My drink was made wrong twice, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista had an attitude. The place looked messy, with napkins and cups all over the counter, and there were no clean tables to sit at. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple latte even though there weren’t many people in line. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon
I came in to get my birthday drink, and the worker named Ruby was extremely rude. She told me I had to pay extra for my size and add-ons, which I found surprising since just the other day my cousin got her birthday drink here without being charged extra. When I showed her my app which clearly wasn’t charging me she rolled her eyes and said, “Well, at this Starbucks you have to pay extra. Siempre que voy a recoger doordash no le ponen importancia mayormente solo se la pasan hablando entre si hoy fui a recoger una orden estuve esperando 30 minutos solo por 2 bebidas y siempre que voy allí es lo mismo pésimo servicio
