A shame of attention, I was on the line with my wife recently operated on in a wheelchair, a guy comes in through the exit part and starts buying, I complain and the clerk sides with him saying that the he is returning to ask for something that he had forgotten, if you forget something the right thing is that you queue again not that cut to the front of the line.
It's clean, and neat. The service is great, however they had my name wrong last week, and maybe that's my fault for not speaking loud enough maybe, I don't know, it kinda irritated me a little I suppose that day, but I also get it. People don't always have a name to pronounce so easily. However this starbucks is nice most all the time, I have confidence they will get it right next time perhaps. My daughter loves the matcha there.
The workers were friendly & fast. Clean establishment.
My mom was in the hospital for about 36 days and most of those days ill stop by to get her a little sweet here. Workers here are always with a smile and i love the stickers that they put in the bags it’s a nice detail and ny mom loved it as well thanks for bringing that nice attitude to the hospital, where not everybody is going through the best moment.
