I am a loyal customer of this Starbucks and usually go through the drive-thru, but today I decided to come inside to study for the MCAT. When I walked up to the register, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. The cashier, Madison, was counting money, so I patiently waited without speaking. I used to come here all the time, but it seems like every time I order lately, something is wrong with my drink. The cold foam isn’t blended right, or caramel drizzle gets added to my sugar free drink when I don’t want it. I don’t mind asking for it to be fixed, but it feels like the staff get irritated when I do. I’ve been going to Starbucks since 2015, so I know how my drinks are supposed to be made and what they should taste like. The Cane Bay Starbucks has to be one the slowest locations in the state. I used to come regularly but as of lately they are extremely slow & rude that I don’t bother going anymore. This location needs new management to get the employees to actually work & learn what customer service actually is. I’d rather drive farther & go to the Carnes location then visit this location!
We stop by this Starbucks in Cane Bay pretty regularly and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly, the store stays clean, and the drinks are consistently made right. Even when they’re busy, they do a great job keeping things moving. Definitely one of our go-to spots in the area.
