Never order from here when you are in a rush. Never order from here if you are on a timed break. Never order from here. They will waste your time and ignore you even if you just need something simple like a spoon. They are usually short-staffed, and even when they do have the proper staffing, they still can't seem to keep up with their orders. The only benefit is that the employees are always very nice people. They always make drinks wrong and they take a long time. I ordered a Vanella Sweet Cream Form and they gave me that? What's that? I asked for a refund.
We ordered 2 drinks ahead of time and went into the store at the time the order would be ready, according to the app. We were surprised to see that the drinks weren’t ready yet, and had to tell the employees that we had ordered online for them to even realize we did (there were no customers). They then proceeded to make both drinks wrong, we had put in oat milk for one of the drinks because we are lactose intolerant. They put regular milk in. don't go here they can't even get a plain bagel with butter right honestly just shut down the whole starbucks at this point 😭
Hire more staff yall are so cheap at this location! It was very understaffed when I went it took 30 minutes to get one drink. The cashier was nice though and she made my drink very well. It’s sad she had to face a rush alone yall over work your staff hire more people asap
