I really don’t understand, why some people apply for job they don’t want to do. Every time I go there never come out with my order right , the girl with big eyelashes looking Hispanic always with attitude don’t even tell you thank you and always mess up orders . I had like more than a month without going and yesterday I stop by and same thing “ NO WE DON’T MAKE FRAPPUCCINO” and I was like ok give me a chai latte , light ice please. Terrible. I was skipped over in line twice. I may as well have been invisible. They didn't apologize or even seem to care. The two ladies working also had no sense of urgency to make drinks or food fir those in line. It's a really bad look.
Horrible 5 employees and still it takes 15 minutes to assist 3 people in line. Horrible location
Horrible service, waited almost an hour form drinks. And noticed three baristas their hair was not well maintained. Terrible, will not go there again. And I even left a nice tip for them. I do not recommend this place
Great service employees very respectful and helpful.
