No smart or friendly employees!
This place needs to be shut down. The people working are rude and will make you the most disgusting drinks you can imagine. I don't understand why this specific location is always a miss. I don't know if they need a better training or just a whole new staff. Avoid this starbucks and go to the one in Target or on i-10 and garth.
I ordered an iced chai latte, but unfortunately it was not drinkable and tasted mostly like straight milk rather than chai. Additionally, the employee taking my order was not very friendly. I was disappointed with the overall experience.
Being rushed have no idea what there doing they don’t even get the correct names for orders made me waste my time and ended up getting a refund
I wanted my recipe to scan my recipe and find out that the girl named Jade scanned her phone with the Starbucks QR code app to open her account. Very disappointed
