Always outstanding in service and quick food.
I used to love coming to this location, familiar and friendly faces that made amazing drinks. Over the years the staff has changed so many times, the drinks aren't as good as they once were. The staff is still nice, it just isn't the same. Update- service is terrible. The worker literally ignored me. All I wanted was a straw for a venti frappucino. There were short straws but not long straws. She pretended to not see or hear me at all. 10/10 do not recommend.
I visited this Starbucks drive-thru with the intention of purchasing four Dragon Fruit drinks. Upon arrival, I noticed that the screen was not operational. I then pulled up to the window to place my order. The staff member on duty informed me that I needed to rejoin the line. I explained that the screen was not working, which is why I was at the window directly. However, she continued to insist I return to the line without offering a solution. Barista started gore two drink then started to skip us . Finally had to go speak with manger to get our drinks . Me and my daughter finished our drinks before they started the res of the drinks Manger was making up excuses like we have drive through and on line you make the drink in the order they come up you don't stop the order and star making up others orders. This is the worst strabucks I have ever been to.
