I NEVER ask to have a drink remade. I had ordered a mocha cookie crumble with light whip. When I got the first drink over half the cup was whip cream. Literally half of the cup. I very politely asked if it could be made regular with less whip cream. This is what she slid across the counter. Looks like they just dumped the first drink in a blender & gave it back. It tastes awful and isn’t even a full cup. For $8 a drink it’s a waste.
They forgot the pistachio in my pistachio latte. Worker was cleaning something and incorrectly put it on. It’s something you put like blenders on upside down and it shoots water up. When they put it on they did it wrong and I ended up being sprayed in the eyes and my shirt was soaked. He just stared at me, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer me a napkin. Nothing.
Unbelievable rude service. 4 people were working and all of them avoided eye contact. When i said "exuse me, may i pick up the order", one guy responded to me "wait a min". 5 mins later , he looked at the order and said "not ready yet". I told him "the app says the order is ready" while he was rolling the eyes and resnonded "i told you already "it hasnot even started yet". The order was ready 15 mins after.
