They don't have all of their menu items available to order, even if it's available in the app. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich but the girls working said it was frozen. When I received my drink (vanilla sweet cream cold brew) it wasn't mixed and I didn't realize there was hardly any cream in it until I mixed it in my car. Not a great experience and I'll drive further to the one on Maize next time because they are very consistent.
The atmosphere is not very welcoming. Young teenagers acting like little kids.
The manager @ this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’m not sure if she wants a promotion to GM or DM, but she definitely deserves it. It is very rare these days to find somebody that gives such good customer service and that understands the value of customer service as much as this gal’ does. She gets it! And she’s always working, anytime I come in, she’s doing something & not just standing around. Great service as always!
