I drive through this Starbucks location on my commute to work everyday. Today I went on a normal stop and they tried to charge me $3 dollars more for a drink I’ve been ordering for years. I felt instantly targeted when I had just came in the day before and ordered the same order. Somehow today they decided to change “ways”? I stopped by the drive-thru around 5:30 PM on my way home from work and ordered a roasted tomato and mozzarella panini, a slice of lemon loaf, and a Java Chip Frappuccino. Despite the drive-thru not appearing particularly busy, I waited about 10 minutes to receive my order. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and drink was disappointing.
