Bad customer service they don't even call you when the drink is ready.
My mom passed away from cancer 2 weeks ago. I went back to work this week and getting out of bed was incredibly challenging each morning. To my surprise, each coffee I got this week had something encouraging written on the cup by one of the baristas. I never mentioned anything about my situation. I hope they know how much kindness towards strangers can actually change lives. The words of encouragement got me through my first week back.
