Second time coming here and it’s just awful. Went here today to get an iced matcha venti latte and it tastes like literal dirt. I get the same drink every time, but usually go to the other Starbucks across the street. I ordered the same drink here and it taste so disgusting, she did not make it right at all. Out of everything. Customers service is trash.
No greeting as a cuatomer approaches! No “hi what can i get you” just stares at you waiting for you to order. Ugly customer service from this one specific barista! She’s taken my order twice and both times were not great! Did not catch her name because she doesnt wear her name tag but is always wearing a silver chain! Needs better customer service!
Order the mocha Frappuccino it taste like ice water with a chocolate drizzle on top full whipped cream Will not be going back to this location
