I’ve literally switched Starbucks because Zion never gave me oat milk that I pay for. Then wait over 10. Mins in the drive thru for my pick up order to be given a regular latte with no oat milk. I’m lactose intolerant and this is getting ridiculous. Paying that much for a tall coffee that’s wrong almost every time is ridiculous. May get on that 7 brew kick. Disappointed and unsatisfied. I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. We ordered our drinks, but they gave us the wrong drink, so we went back to the counter to let them know and ask for the correct one. Instead of being helpful, the employee who assisted us was very rude and had a bad attitude throughout the interaction. I love buying my coffee and chai from here. The ladies on the staff are very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They always treat customers with respect and honesty, and their customer service is excellent. They make every visit feel comfortable, which is why I keep coming back. However, I have visited when a male staff member was working, and unfortunately my coffee and chai were not made well. Just like all the other reviews, the constant inconsistency is absolutely wild. I never know when they’re going to be open- They seem to just open whenever they want and close whenever they choose as well. Went there one day around 5:00, CLOSED even though the hours say “temporary new hours 6:00”. I’m not sure how often those temporary hours keep changing. Makes no sense. The customer service here is so trash... Every single time I come here I'm waiting 20 minutes for one drink, and there was only three cars in front of me this time.... And if I go inside, they act like they don't see me. It's Starbucks like this that make ppl wonder if all the Starbucks are going down the drain As far as service.
