I leave home at 6pm. I place my online pickup order at 6:02. I stay 20 minutes away, with traffic 20-25 minutes. I get to the store and go to the pick-up area and guess what, no drinks are there. I know they sometimes keep them behind the counter, so I ask the 3 workers who are sitting there in full conversation if my drinks are ready. They state no and say they had a rush.
