Good place like most Starbucks, this one specifically has a large seating area so great for students to work from. Service can be a little slow at times. But overall everyone is friendly and helpful. I keep going so it's good enough for the average day to day experience.
I frequent this Starbucks often as I live nearby however, this morning was particularly awful as per usual when you ask for a cold drink with light ice I don’t know if it’s a policy or employees have been told that they’ll face consequence if they honor a customers wish for light ice, but per usual I ordered a cold drink, asked for light ice, but received a drink that was full of ice all the way to the top to the point that as soon as I grabbed my drink from the barista cashier to sit it down in my car with the slightest pre... read more
I Had to stop someone after 5 minutes of standing near pick up to ask. About my order.I was waiting on God forbid.I had to interrupt someone
I placed an order using the app. In my haste, I did not change the pickup method to drive-through from the default in-store pickup. When I pulled up to the speaker, I mentioned I had a mobile order. The drive-through barista taking orders mentioned I placed my order for in-store pickup. He spoke so fast he had to repeat himself. When I arrive at the window he hands me one item and mentions again that I need to select "drive-through" when using the mobile app before handing me my second item.
