I ordered a Americano coffee and it took them literally 20 mins to make
Miriam was a breath of fresh air! She was so pleasant with me and my husband when we stopped by one evening for some coffee. We aren’t quite regulars but my husband has a drink he really likes. Even though they were out of sweet cream which is an ingredient in the drink, she made a modification to ensure the drink would be to his liking. Miriam was so gracious and professional making it evident that she truly cared about providing a great customer experience. Thanks Miriam! Have a wonderful holiday!
They need to have more staff scheduled to work on Monday mornings. Took about 6 minutes to have anyone come to the register to take my order, then almost 10 minutes for my one drink.
Caution: If buying a hot coffee, or any drink in any of thier paper cups, please check your cups. I just bought a grande pike and went to put sugar in and stir, and noticed something was off. So I noticed they put a "tall" cup inside of the grande cup. (And don't wanna here it was a mistake, especially when you deal with these cups all day every day) So the point is, you're charging people $3.13 when actually, you're only giving a tall which is $2.45.
