I don't know how there is such a disconnect between someone at the window bc someone making drinks. I ordered a ICED pumpkin spice latte with no whip. The first time it came out it was hot so I asked for them to put it in a cup of ice. The second time they handed me an iced PECAN coffee with oat milk. The third time it ended up being the correct(ish) drink. They added whip when I asked for none but it was the closest they got so I just went with it. I suggest anyone who doesn't care what drink they get go here!
Very friendly and helpful
I have given this Starbucks location, many chances but 8 out of 10 times. My drink is either made wrong or just completely wrong.
Needs management that is able to streamline orders. I’ve never had a quick experience here. This is the only location where I have to wait 10 mins every time I order. Which isn’t that big of a deal, until you realize it’s Starbucks.
