Just got a tall black coffee
For my dog owners beware! So I just left this Starbucks location and it truly left a sour taste in my mouth. So I was walking my dog and entered this Starbucks just intending to place my order and go outside to wait with my dog. Immediately upon arriving at the counter, I say hi, and the Starbucks employee asked, is that a service dog. I said no he is not. She replied, he is not allowed in here and will have to wait outside. We went here to try the new drink. The one with the boba. The lady that was taking the payment and providing the drinks to us was awful. It was almost like we were wasting her time. She didn’t greet us, she didn’t at all provide eye contact. When we asked for stuff, no response. I could’ve been someone who was apart of the marketing team within headquarters and for her to treat us with such disgust is not quality customer service. 5 year update - Drive thru still very slow most early mornings. Chai tea order RARELY correct. It’s either tasteless or tastes like milk. I order 6 pumps of chai - RARELY it happens. There are a couple of really great baristas. Most are lifeless and look like they hate their jobs. Wish using drive thru had a prepaid requirement - it would move much faster.
