The Starbucks employees were very nice, however there are no seats to sit down for Starbucks at King Soopers when you buy coffee. I tried to eat my banana bread and drink coffee while standing. My banana bread fell on the floor and then dropped my coffee. Mens bathroom is gross. Starbucks has to let you in the bathroom.

I've decided never to go to this King Soopers or Starbucks location again. They don't deserve to be in business.

Josie needs to be fired! Her customer service is terrible! I had apologized because I had changed my mind and added an extra drink I had only apologized because I didn’t mean to inconvenience her. She replied “ I’m trying to figure out why you’re apologizing. And gave me this ugly look. So I bit my tongue.
