Unreal experience. Sat behind a car in the drive thru and wait the whole 5 mins for them to order, not a big deal. The nice my turn to order the Staff said it’s 6pm and they can not offer any service for me, even tho I wanted a black coffee and pup cup. Okay? Literally waited before closing but not a big deal…. BUT i was stock in the drive thru till the car in front left, i had to wait behind this car for another 7 mins so that they make their order. Normally I don't go to Starbucks anymore, but I was having a rough morning and running late. ALLISON did a great job of taking my order. Even when I messed it up by ordering the wrong thing, she gave the warmest smile. Great customer service.
The best Starbucks in town is in this King Soopers. Christina, Josh, and Sarah are the absolute best, and there's no other location that makes better coffee.
I never go to Starbucks, but greatly needed some espresso and was just trying to run in. A young man was just going on his break but said he would be happy to help me before he went on his break – this very tired mom is very glad he did! Great service.
