Got the worst drink, and when I told them it wasn't correct, they gave me a cup of milk to pour in the cup. That didn't do anything for the expresso it only takes away the favor. I ended up threw away the cup right in the store. Never had a bad experience at any other starbucks, and I ordered the same drink every day.
I have visited this location several times in the last month and each day I was greeted by Kamryn who I found to be extremely sweet and patient with me. Her smile and attitude made me smile and feel like a valued customer.
They don't behave well, they say insulting things when I approach them, I want to talk to owner.
Ask for a A specialty strawberry shortcake had my own recipe. The associate handed me my cupI asked for no whipped cream. The associate took the cup back, wipe the whipped cream off and was going to hand it back to me. I told her I wanted a new cup. She goes to pour the shortcake in the blender to re-blend what she had already served me. I just wanted my money back at this point. That team is very poor at customer service.
