Worst customer service ever! Kyasia, the worker, took ages to take my order. After waiting a century.. she finally took my order. With a rude look on her face as well. She was not friendly.. how do I have better customer service and i’m the customer!!! Another time, i asked kyasia a simple question and she rudely replied “i’ll make it when i get to it” after kindly asking her. She is the worst employee i’ve ever seen work anywhere and she needs to be cut immediately. Even my friend said she was very rude to her as well.

There is no need of this Starbuck. Worst experience. I was waiting for my morning coffee from 8:30 in the morning at the Starbucks on sep 13. There was only two ladies ahead of me for the order. And she took almost 30 min to make an order and the order was not that big. The lady who works there was too slow that she doesn’t want to work there.
