I want to start out by saying this is in no way meant to be rude to the workers of this Starbucks who have a lot on their plate I imagine. What I will say is that I was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to take my order (no one else in line.) There were batistas working on drinks, but there were 2 employees standing around, it seemed like they were watching the baristas. Ordered a Cortado at 9:15 and got it 9:37. All those who were before me got their orders way earlier. Missed the class and the Cortado was not as expected.
I ordered a delicious sandwich, spinach and tomato. What I got was a chicken and red pepper sandwich?? Do they even sell that?? It was gross and I cried.
