Placed a mobile order ahead of time for a grande coffee with cream and caramel and received a notification that my order was ready so I went to the pick up window however it wasn’t ready at all. I could see my cup with the sticker on it sitting there waiting to be made but the lady working there was choosing to only make refreshers and waters.
