Came into do a little work on my laptop, was told 5 min after getting my drink that the table I was at was reserved. With all other tables taken I had no choice but to leave. Poorly handled by the employee and gave no real solution. Paying customer, will not return to this Starbucks
A great location
My visit started off bad… my drink was completely wrong, food was cold. And I was missing a cake pop. The manager whose name I didn’t get who was covered in tattoos was more than accommodating. She made sure I got my items remade quickly and correctly while making conversation she also gave me two coupons for my next visit That turned into what was a bad experience into a good one My remade items were perfect! I will definitely be returning again
