You can tell they view everyone as a one time customer they never plan to see again and they just don't care about giving good service
Two young women working on Monday 08/11/25 at 7:30 am showed little initiative and provided poor customer service, talking and seemingly wasting time while the line was extremely long. They should consider a different job, not ethical at all.
Waited 24 min for a black drip coffee mobile order. Don’t be in a hurry if you see a line. Just because they have the most practice in the world, doesn’t mean they’re going to keep up with demand (apparently). No blame though, this current crew (aug 25) seems to running a full sustainable speed. However… if you check on your order you get shade. Guys 24min for a pike in a cup is nuts… and don’t forget half the time yall pour it and leave it under the dispenser and never bring it to the mobile pick up. It’s not me… it’s you. ... read more
