You have to ask the barista for cream/milk. The only Starbucks I have visited that doesn't have that available for self service.
So today at the natick mall, I ordered a pumpkin loaf, because they were out of pumpkin loafs instead of telling me they didn't have any pumpkin loafs they gave me a banana walnut pecan loaf and didn't tell me. I pulled it out and saw it had nuts, so I asked to swap it out, which they did for a lemon loaf no problem.
