Great experience people who work at this store are so friendly and helpful i love it
Had a bad experience at this location. The lady at the counter behaved as if i asked for free coffee. I didn’t ask any questions and just ordered small hot coffee. First of all your coffee is just average at $3.74 for small size and on top of that got rude service. It was around 9:30 - 10 am and no other customers. Not sure why such behavior.
Had the worst experience ever for the first time at Starbucks. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name but It was a middle aged white woman with dark hair , she had a tattoo on her neck who “helped”both me and my friend. She was extremely rude and We just ordered 2 drinks and food, while being the ONLY customers at the time. For some reason she was rushing and throwing our food across the table (I’m not exaggerating) my friends food almost fell off the counter but he caught it. I usually order one type of my favourite drink at Starbucks, so I can tell when the barista makes my drink right. Unfortunatly it was not happen for the last few times I visited this store inside Mariano's. The coffee is just meh, taste like ice water with a little hint of coffee, same as the tea, the deep and strong flavor are no longer there compare to other Starbucks store. Would not recommend this location.
