I’ve read some of the reviews here and I’m so surprised to hear so many negative comments. I have been coming to this location since it opened and the main reason I did is because my favorite baristas transferred here from the location I used to go to. I can only speak on the day shift crew, but Chase, Austin, Tony, Adrienne, Ethan, Britt, Dawson and all the others are beyond kind to everyone that walks in the door. This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I go in there is a man behind the counter with shoulder length curly hair, half up complaining about customers, the delivery drivers that come in to pick up orders and how busy they are. I’ve seen him yell at customers several times. He’s never yelled at me but I will not go there anymore because I don’t believe in treating people that way. Austin was a pleasure when ordering. They were kind and a joy to talk to. The inside was extremely clean and stocked well.
Service was slow and beverage had classic syrup even with me asking to remove it. Classic syrup is harmful for diabetics and MUST be remove when requested.
