We came in for water, which Starbucks always gives free. They made us buy something and only gave us one water…we asked for two. While waiting, a woman of a different race came up and they gave her water for free. I went up to confront them and they put me down in front of entire store trying to manipulate us that she paid for her water, which she absolutely did not. Very racist location.

I visit this store weekly and they always get me right. Orders are always ready in a timely manner. Associate Samiyah is always overtly helpful and makes the experience worth the trip.
This is one of many Starbucks stores here in the Towson area. This particular coffee shop is very small, yet seating and small tables are available (first come, first served) for those who prefer to sit down and enjoy cups of hot or cold beverages while taking a break from busy shopping day. As for me, I was here for the first time to try “iced coffee” with cream and sugar. The problem with my order? Barista (deliberately? 😱) added so many small ice cubes in coffee that by the time they completely melted at mall temperature... read more
