I ordered a venti ice white chocolate mocha, but I customized it and put no ice oat milk and no whipped cream. I have ordered this multiple times at this location. It is my go to drink when I received the first time. There was ice, I asked them nicely, I said, there's ice and the tag says, no ice the barista apologized and fixed it for me. I could not be more thankful for the staff working here at this Starbucks. Almost one week ago today, I arrived with a flat tire. Not knowing what to do I walked in and asked for help, two employees named Ryleigh and Cole came to my rescue. Cole graciously dropped the task he was working on to go out to his car and see if he could find me a tire pump, upon his return, unfortunately he did not have one to offer. We stopped at this Starbucks for coffee on our way to the mountains and were greeted by Bradley, our super friendly and kind barista. He even learned some Afrikaans 😉 The coffee was excellent and the perfect start to our trip. Highly recommended!”
