This morning’s I was order mobile for APP at 10:26 and I was arrived at the store at 10:29 cause the app said already at 10:29 so I arrived there almost 10:30. When I go in the store there is First Lady ask me “how can she help me” i said mobile order for Amy. She said already in like couple minutes. Almost like 10:40 I ask again but no one answered me. I had ordered a Pink Drink, and within 2 minutes it was finished. When I looked at the cup, I was shocked to see that about 80% of it was filled with ice. Basically, I paid $8 for a cup of ice. This was really frustrating, and since I was already on the highway, I couldn’t go back. I truly believe brands should pay more attention to things like this!
Let me start off by praising these three incredible individuals working here at this location. Their names are Bianca, Chloe, & Leah they were beyond polite and offered great customer service. This Starbucks stands out. If you are ever in the area of Dawsonville, Georgia. Come visit this location for great coffee and customer service.
