This has to be one of the most unwelcoming locations I have visited and honestly at first thought maybe it was just an off day however it is consistently bad. The mobile orders are never completed even CLOSE to the time it says and staff so nicely glares at you the entire time you wait. Whenever you ask for an update for your order it is typically met with attitude Instead of simply providing an update or apologizing for the wait. Nice visit today. Stopped at drive thru. Definitely have a great welcoming experience. The blonde young lady with beautiful eyes had such a nice and welcoming personality. Brightened my day
The drive thru had 15 cars lined up and didn't move for 10 minutes. I drove out of there and went to the Starbucks inside Kroger. Got my drink and paid in less time it took for me to air in the drive thru line. Ridiculous.
I don't leave reviews often but I felt the need to today. I got a matcha with cold foam via the app. Once I got there the man that made mine (I really should have gotten his name. I'm pretty sure he was the only guy there in the afternoon today, this was around 1:12pm on the 5th of March) told me he wanted to remake it because the lid wouldn't stay on the cup.
