What's the point of a mobile order anymore? The points to try and skip the line right or just a grab and go. I've ordered in incrementally longer time frames to get my order on time and it's still NEVER ready. 15, 20, 30min ahead and it's still not ready, then we get scowled at when I ask where my wifes order is. Food is great, coffee is great. Figure out mobile.....oh and now I'm hearing they just don't have anybody making food so tack that on too. Poor leadership and organization.
Went to Starbucks on 09/03/26 and let me tell wish I could’ve gotten the name of the Lady taking my order. As I was about to place my order she started making rude comments about my workplace. I went to get coffee on my lunch break and I was wearing my company shirt but her comment towards my company was unprofessional. Definitely made me question if I should even go back to that store.
The slowness of this particular Starbucks is just too much. I don’t know what the issue is but they are so much slower than all the other Starbucks. And their parking/drive thru situation is a nightmare. Not sure what can be done, but once First Watch opens up, it’s going to be even worse, which is hard to imagine.
