Too much coffee
This is the WORST Starbucks in all of the CSRA. I’m unsure if the manager at this specific store holds their employees to a different standard (one much lower than every other Starbucks) because they can’t be bothered to move with any urgency on time, the employees are rude and unkind to their paying guests. Please get these baristas some customer service training and show them how to move with some urgency. Waiting 10-15 for a coffee and pastries is bonkers.
Drinks are made much better. Than in the community 👍🏾
