I tried to call but the phone number wasn’t working so I guess I am leaving a review instead. I ordered oatmeal. Got all the way to work and pulled out my food to eat it and they gave me a container of dried oats. No milk or water in them, I ordered milk but I would have taken water over absolutely nothing. Now I can’t eat it at all. So that’s really disappointing.
It seems like the store is trying to save on ingredients. The drink I ordered barely had any whipped cream on it, and the drink my daughter ordered didn’t have many toppings either. Also, when ordering multiple drinks, it would be better if the staff asked for the size of each drink individually. My daughter wanted a small cup, but the woman who took the order didn’t ask me what size she wanted and just gave her the same size as mine. Had the worst customer service ever! Took 5 min to get a black coffee while others were served before myself.
Make sure the coffee isn't dripping coffee all over your clothes, stated I had an issue and still had to pay for another cup of the same exact drink. $20 bucks for one coffee is never okay.
Nothing against the staff , but over 30min wait for a coffee and croissant is crazy , need more staff
