The line was outside the door yesterday and the team was so fast!! My matcha was made perfectly and the barista served it with a smile. Definitely will come back to this location. Great service!
First time coming in to this Starbucks. I was visiting family from out of town and needed to get a new outfit for family dinner. I needed a quick pick me up and thought starbucks should do the trick. I believe I dealt with the manager because at 1 point I saw her delegating tasks to the other employees. I think she said her name was Nichelle. She was super cute and helpful recommending the Mango Matcha. Delissshhh!
This Starbucks location is always a great place to grab mine and my family's treats before starting our mall shopping. The staff is always so friendly and sometimes they even recognize us from coming in so often, haha. Especially Daniela, she always remembers my kids favorite drinks.
Michelle was kind, however the barista who made our drink made it with whole milk when it said soy. Then proceeded to try to argue with me that she made it and knew what was in it after it started making me feel sick as im lactose intolerant. Had to argue with her to get it remade.
