Michelle served up the best coffee we have had for some time. Her smile and friendliness set us up for the day. Joey was great and was able to help with a couple of questions we had.
Joey is friendly and offers excellent customer service. He gave his input on a drink and it was delicious! We need more people like him!
I’m writing this on behalf of my mother and her husband who have frequented this location because they work at the mall. Recently both on two different occasions have been told rudely no Spanish when attempting to order. I’m not saying they must speak Spanish but treat customers with compassion and courtesy. Located at the corner of Macy's next to where all the beautiful evening gowns are at, there is this equally beautiful individual, and his name is Joey. He will make you feel welcomed, and your presence matter. A lot of care was put into making a delicious handcrafted beverage exactly to your liking, and he will check on you if you are still around. Please give Joey the recognition that he so deserves.. he is such a star and an asset to the company!
Employees just gossip and laugh while I was waiting for my latte. They then forgot my bread so I reminded them are she seemed to get upset as she rolled her eyes. She also was on her phone the entire time and grab the bread with her bare hands. Never coming back.
