I go to this Starbucks location quite often and have always had positive experiences, which is why today stood out to me. While ordering in the drive-thru, I was in the middle of placing my order when I was cut off. I had asked for an iced matcha and was about to add customizations, but before I could finish, I was told to pull forward. The barista’s name tag said Cass.
