Terrible customer service
27th and Yankee Hill Location REVIEW! This location is hands down the best in the city of Lincoln ….BB and her staff are very good at customer service and product delivery….I feel that they have definitely gone back to the older style business model of customer 1st , always a friendly message on my tea in the morning that is nice to see….They care about the customers!!!!!
I ordered at the 27th & Pinelake store today. My order was a venti iced coffee black, Grande iced dirty chai with oat milk and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I paid over $27.00 with a credit card. When I got home one of the drinks was NOT a grande iced dirty chai but some tea drink that my daughter-in-law could not drink . So I would REALLY like my money back for that drink that I did NOT order. She had to eat her sandwich without a drink. Sara Laney Lincoln, NE
This location can take 15+ minutes to make a drink (not even in the morning rush…) when there is NOBODY else in-store. That being said, the staff is friendly and I enjoy going here.
