Total attitude when walking up to the counter. Didn't really answer my questions either, I rarely ever go to a starbucks. On top of that they got my drink wrong twice. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. When seeing it had no whipped cream on it, they took it back added a little squirt of cream and handed it back to me. Came to the Starbucks twice during my stay at Planet Hollywood. The first morning I came I was greeted by Alex, who took my order. Super nice guy, very friendly, and showed excellent customer service. The next day I came, I was served by a woman that was blunt, expressionless, and lacked customer service, two very different experiences. Every staff member at this location should take note of Alex‘s customer service, as he was outstanding. If you go to the Starbucks, have Alex serve you.
They cannot explain which their coffee drink with no sugar. The cappuccino tastes no good there. The lady cashier has no smile at all ...
While I understand that it is in a casino, it is still just a Starbacks, and paying 12$ for a cup of coffee definitely doesn't worth it!
