They got my order wrong. When I notified them, they were so grumpy and rude that when I noticed they were out of sugar, I didn’t even ask them to refill it. I’d rather have bitter coffee than deal with bad attitudes. I’m skipping this Starbucks in the future.

I ordered a Venti “light ice” Pink Drink, but what I received was almost a full cup of ice. I say almost because the cup wasn’t even full, it was about an inch below the rim. At first, I assumed this was because I asked for light ice, but I was wrong. It had more ice than an extra ice drink would have. Google Maps lists the closing time as midnight, but the store actually closed around 10:50 PM. I ordered at 10:44 PM, and they closed the store while I was still trying to finish this “light ice” Pink Drink.
Saddest Starbucks coffee ever!
