Worst Starbucks. Service is incredibly rude.
Joseph helped me out and was super friendly and quick.
Ordered egg bites online and was never told their oven was broken. Waited in line for an extra 15 minutes before being told I was waiting for nothing. I was coldly told to contact support for a refund. They clearly do not care about customers here. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this location.
Have been waiting well over 30 minutes for one drink - only one employee making drinks who is understandably overwhelmed poor staffing and didn’t inform anyone about wait times until I have been waiting for 15 minutes already. Crazy I waited 15 minutes for a drink that never came. Whoever was working the shorter girl with glasses and Manager Meg terrible no help whatsoever wouldn’t recommend going to that location because they’ll just be waiting there for a drink that never comes
