This is possibly the worst location. I have been there multiple times when they have run out of items. I was told they didn’t have sweet cream or anything to make a cold foam for a cold brew coffee. According to a simple google search 3 quarters of Starbucks business comes from cold brewed drinks. Seems like that might be the largest reason to stock up. The barista offered no solutions and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Therefore my service star was a 1. If you have an option just go across the street.
Juju is excellent and very personable and intelligent. She has definitely gotten 5 stars in hospitality. She did a great job getting me re-interested in Starbucks as I have been turned off by most experiences. Great person to represent your team and brand at this location; from my experience. It seems like they hired the same people that ran the Starbucks in the jewel. SO SLOW
