I heard about the no purchase, no bathroom “rule” becoming more of a thing and apparently they are very strict about it. Really disappointing and great way to lose long time customers!
Even though I told the barista that I am a recurring, regular customer to this Riviera Village location (at least weekly), she would not let me use the restroom, claiming "out of respect for the paying customers, we cannot allow you to use the restroom if you're not going to purchase anything today."
