Even though I told the barista that I am a recurring, regular customer to this Riviera Village location (at least weekly), she would not let me use the restroom, claiming "out of respect for the paying customers, we cannot allow you to use the restroom if you're not going to purchase anything today." The tall gentleman was the glasses and brown hair dared me to come inside of Starbucks after he tried to questionably off for me water
8pm Wednesday may 7th.. 2 girls working in there, the one with the dreadlocks or big hair whatever it was she is the most rudest person I've ever met. My family spends thousands of dollars at that location and we are no longer going there Just because of her.. i asked nicely for no ice She fills the whole thing with ice..she would not add heavy cream.
