I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and they are usually friendly but there is a new girl there lately and she’s been laughing at me and getting my name wrong by “accident” she’s “joked around” saying “I hope you don’t come over here haha” and multiple people get my drink wrong even if I say it properly like yeah no I can’t believe it it’s ridiculous when you are selling something to customers when we are paying you being friendly you shouldn’t be behaving that way I won’t go back in there anymore
5 star spectacular service! They were very friendly and kind hearted, from the person taking my order to the person making it. Would definitely come again!
Used to love this location but prices keep going up and it's just not worth it anymore.
I ordered a simple venti coffee with a shot. It took them three times to get it right. The first time they poured it out, don't know what they did wrong. The second time they didn't have enough in the pump container so they took it over to the Brewer where they were some being made in a container and remove the container and put the cup under it! I’ve gone to this location plenty of times and staff makes my drinks good for the most part, I have witnessed I believe the manger named Leigh talk to her stay very poorly
