The speed and service at this location needs to be studied. Great location. Beautiful store. But the lack of customer service and speed is horrible. Waiting 18 minutes for a coffee is insane.
Saw this drawing on my way out. Wanted to say thank you again to the barista for making my day!
This is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. And I come to this location A LOT because it’s walking distance but OMG it has 9/10 times wasted my money completely. My drink order is NEVER CORRECT. Like they NEVER ADD MY MODIFICATIONS. EVER. I’ve gotten VENTI drinks half filled several times. Just left with a matcha that should’ve been so sweet it’s offensive to some (based on my modifications)—and it taste like water. They need a whole new staff. This is ridiculous!!!!
