Péssimo atendimento
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Starbucks location was incredibly frustrating. The wait times are absurd—expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a drink. When I ordered, they warned me of a wait but refused to give an estimate. Worse, when I finally got my Caramel Frappuccino, it had no whipped cream or drizzle. I had to ask for them, only to be told they were out of both (even though I literally just watched them use the drizzle on another order). Ordered a mocha cookie crumble, definitely did not taste like it. I should've just purchased milk at this point. They obviously don't care how they make the drinks since people just order and go on their way. Waste of money.
If this Starbucks at ATL Airport Concourse F (International Terminal) is going to be the only coffee shop open in the morning, you’d think it would at least try to provide decent service. Instead, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and projected a “you’re bothering me” attitude from start to finish. The highlight of my visit? If I could give it zero stars, I would. The coffee was made horribly. When asked politely to remake, the barista stood there arguing and then gave such an attitude while remaking, all while complaining to coworkers about the customer who doesn’t know how to order better. She conveniently hid her name tag and we didn’t want further confrontation so we just left but she should not be in customer facing role.
