I ordered a doppio and a tall black coffee. Paid in cash. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Espresso was perfectly pulled. I saw a large line of people with, what I assume, was more complicated drink orders. My advice would be to keep it simple to keep it moving.
Don't have the items sold on the app but refuse to update availability and laugh at you when they tell you theyre out and say can the 800 number.
The most incompetent staff I’ve ever come across at a Starbucks. It was absolutely pathetic. And they couldn’t even help me out and make it right. I ordered a medium coffee with heavy cream. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the price before I paid, but I ended up paying for a latte with heavy cream meaning the latte was made with all heavy cream. It also messed my stomach up! Terrible
I’m convinced this location was taken over by zombies. No one is smiling. I have over 500 pts and I had her scan to get my free drink. Then she tells me it’s the same price. I asked, “it didn’t take off anything?” She just said No. There was no attempt to problem solve. She just moved on to the next customer. As I waited for my order, a pilot came over and said his sandwich was frozen in the middle. The girl who was at pickup area never even gave him eye contact.
