Horrible service! Do not order from this Starbucks, I had to wait 20mins for a plain grande Pike coffee. Workers were too busy talking and standing around to make coffee. Multiple people waiting while employees did nothing! Horrible service!
Absolutely horrible! The place was filthy first off. They made my order wrong and when asked if they could please remove the whip cream that I did not order, the woman dumped it out and poured milk and syrup in another cup and slammed the lid on it, putting zero coffee in the cup at all. I of course threw it in the trash. Do yourself a favor, don't bother ordering anything from this location.
I have never received such bad service. The girl who took my order had such a rude attitude. It’s honestly sad to leave with such a bad taste in my mouth. Really disappointing. And the drink tastes disgusting!
TODAY IS SATURDAY AUGUST 29th 2026!!!!! (Approx 18:45) I am here at Atlanta Airport Starbucks specifically the one directly in front of gate C34. Me and SEVERAL customers stood and waited for a woman with her cell phone in left hand and SLOWELY PREPARING drinks in other hand!!! She was fixated at her , I believe, red cell phone! Nr 1 Starbucks coffee is garbage everywhere you go. Unfortunately here is only coffee shop. And this is even worse the ppl here are so lazy and they dont even know how to make a drink.
