Couldn’t find the starbucks from Concourse B, but I imagine it’s the same management. First card charge didn’t go through and added no tip, to which I was insulted as being “lazy” then the lady tries the card again and herself added a 15% tip which I didn’t notice until later.
Employees were crazy rude and slow, caring about interacting with each other instead of taking orders and payments. They claimed they can only do hot tea and coffee (no espresso) late at night because the machines weren’t clean, but if they spent more time cleaning instead of talking with each other there would be no issue.
If you're in a hurry, don't go here. Line is always long and slow
Employee took the order wrong. Took three tries to make it right. After getting it turns out that the milk was bad. Told one of the employee to check the milk and left for my flight. So paid $8 for a drink that went in trash. Good job Starbucks.
