99.9% of the time I get just what I wanted. The one time they did it wrong they redid the drink immediately. Friendly staff. They seem to spend a lot of time training newbies, which is good. Bathroom is clean too.
Just wish they would interact with guest. Do a great job.
these teenagers need some education in customer service and how to streamline orders. They take no accountability for their mistakes. The chick with piercings and eyeliner was rude with a dumb stare like she didn’t have the capacity to understand THEY made a mistake by not ringing up an order we paid for.
Coffee house rules are discriminatory. Fix your bathroom door so that it locks
