Busy but nice customer service
Ordered drinks including a slice of Pumpkin Bread and was given a slice of Banana Bread and when I said, "Oh this is Banana Bread, I ordered Pumpkin Bread" the clerk responded "No you did NOT, you said Banana Bread!!!" with an angry tone! My partner was standing with me as was my granddaughter and both confirmed I said Pumpkin. She tossed a Pumpkin Bread down on the counter said "Thanks" and then started to bad mouth me (the customer) to her coworker while I could hear her ranting! I came 20 minutes before close & they had already cleaned the espresso machines. They originally lied and said their machines were all broken, as a barista I knew there’s no way. I asked if they had closed early & they told me they didn’t want to re-dirty their machine to make my drink & were extremely rude. I worked as a barista for 5 years and you really shouldn’t clean the machine till you close. Employees laughed at me when I left. Obviously not a license Starbucks bc their barista would never behave this way.
