My first time at this Starbucks location and it definitely won’t be my last, I love it! The barista Muzhda Niazi is the best, off the bat she is so kind and welcoming. Not only does she have great customer service but she made my drink perfectly! If you are a fan of the iced shaken espresso at Starbucks you know that it can be a hit or miss depending who makes the drink but Muzhda made it perfectly. She truly is amazing and is the reason I will be coming back to this location!
Great place to relax and take a load off
I've been to this particular location a few times and they are always understaffed. I don't believe I have once had my drink made correctly and it is not a very complicated drink. I do feel it is more of a staffing issue than the baristas fault, but it is not a Starbucks that I willingly go to anymore.
This place has horrible service. I arrived at 630pm, and the kid at the counter said "sorry we're closed," with an attitude. Google clearly states they close at 7pm. His rebuttal was that the machines take 20 min to go through it's cleaning process. I think I should be able to order a drink all the way up to 6:59. Don't go here! The manager should coach the kid on customer service.
Love this location! They remember me and my drink every time I come in. I was worried a few weeks ago when I saw the bar demolished. So happy to see it opened this week.
