Order process was fine. I ordered a cafe mocha. Tipped for upcoming service. Nobody else was in line. Waited for my order. After a reasonable time I wondered where my order was. They didn’t ask my name so I assumed…I tipped…that they would at least announce that my order was up. Nope. Had to go find it amongst the online orders. What did I tip for? Sure wasn’t the hot tasty beverage I ordered…it was luke warm and watery. I don’t like having to share this but it’s not the first time an SB disappointed.
I went at 6:25 pm to get coffee as I usually do on my way to work and the guy told me he can’t serve me because he just finished cleaning and about to close in 30 minutes. He could’ve make it in few minutes but he just refused simply. I will not be going back there again.
I’m lucky to live so close to this location! Not only does Jerome make my coffee perfectly, but his bright smile and warm personality always brightens my day!
