Not the best spot, service was bad. I ordered and there was a misunderstanding on what I said. I clarified what I wanted only to get a rude response back and then the drink was still wrong. Tasted like dirt, would avoid
My girlfriend went to get two coffees and two double smoked bacon sandwiches during her online school break which took forever because buddy decided to chat his life away with a friend. I left home immediately after she placed the order so I can pick it up so she can make it back home on time. Slow service, drinks were not labeled, drinks made in wrong sizes. Just overall not a great experience. Only one person working on a Saturday morning, they looked overwhelmed. Seems poorly managed.
Order process was fine. I ordered a cafe mocha. Tipped for upcoming service. Nobody else was in line. Waited for my order. After a reasonable time I wondered where my order was. They didn’t ask my name so I assumed…I tipped…that they would at least announce that my order was up. Nope. Had to go find it amongst the online orders. What did I tip for? Sure wasn’t the hot tasty beverage I ordered…it was luke warm and watery. I don’t like having to share this but it’s not the first time an SB disappointed.
I went at 6:25 pm to get coffee as I usually do on my way to work and the guy told me he can’t serve me because he just finished cleaning and about to close in 30 minutes. He could’ve make it in few minutes but he just refused simply. I will not be going back there again.
