This is inside a zehrs grocery store. The location sucks when your in a hurry.
Give everyone that works here a raise because they get absolutely slammed with customers everyday, and it’s a really small store. Everyone I’ve interacted with is super friendly and fast, and the latte I always get is made perfectly. I hope the staff get good tips at Christmas at least!
I was there 25 minutes before closing and the woman working there said she could not serve food because she already turned off the oven. I made a complaint to head office, as she was just standing there doing nothing. Usually when I see this particular person working I don’t bother ordering anything because she doesn’t heat up the food as long as it should be and it ends up being cold still.
I ordered a matcha iced latte with oat milk. Say what you want about the order I prefer cold drinks especially on a hot day. This location I usually pretty slow with making drinks but it’s beside my gym so it’s convenient. To was a little busy so they were extra slow getting drinks so I sat down and patiently waited.
