Walked in and only the customers in front of me were greeted. Barista left the counter to have a full on conversation with them while I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. Another Barista looked at me, smiled and went about her day. So I go sit down to get some work done on my laptop, when the barista and the couple she was talking to, come over and sit directly besides me to continue their conversation, leaving the counter completely unattended. At least they got their order though!
While they did make a mistake on the size I wanted for a drink, they were extremely willing to make it right on the spot. I did not have the time to wait but greatly appreciate the willingness to correct the situation. The team is extremely friendly and welcoming and I will not let this negatively impact future visits. It's a bit pricey, but I don't know what else I was expecting. It's Starbucks. Bucks are in the name.
