I came in during the evening on a Saturday and the ladies in the kiosk were goofing off and not working at all. They were swearing loudly and being very unprofessional. I would expect more from people working in the customer service industry as someone who's worked in the industry myself. I just wanted to order and leave because of their appalling behavior.

I placed a mobile order in advance and arrived after the time the order should have been ready. The 2 baristas working had not even started my order and still proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before they started. Overall I waited over 20 minutes, completely defeating the purpose of placing a mobile order in advance. Rude, unapologetic service and clearly not following protocol for processing orders.

Arrived at this location inside of Fred Meyer to pickup my mobile order and had to wait 30min and still walk out without my order. This location only had 1 barista and was tremendously overwhelmed and inexperienced. Would have been nice to just cancel my order and go across the street to another location. Ended up going across the street and informed them of the issue I had and they kindly made my order without an additional charge.
