Chase and Nicole helped me customize drink
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service was rude, unwelcoming, and far from what you’d expect from a company that proudly displays flags representing inclusion and acceptance. If you’re going to promote those values, the customer service should reflect them too. The cashier refused to serve us simply because it was close to closing time.
Very cute little shop in Frederick! I go here nearly every morning for coffee and they are always so friendly and make my drink well!
