Unlike some other Starbucks locations in the Frederick Maryland area this one actually prepares the drinks quickly timely tasty and you're greeted with a friendly face.... Wish I could say the same about another particular Frederick Maryland location closer to route 85....🙄
Was ignored the whole time for my order while other people kept walking in and out for the order seconds to minutes. What a horrible customer experience. Terrible service
I'm a regular consumer at this location and I have to say, the staff is always super friendly.There have been a few times where my order was incorrect.But they've always made it right. But I must say, after seeing the way that your employees handled a disgruntled customer today I was very impressed. Great job, guys, you kept your cool. You kept your composure, you were very kind and very patient. Keep up the great work, guys.!
