I'm a regular consumer at this location and I have to say, the staff is always super friendly.There have been a few times where my order was incorrect.But they've always made it right. But I must say, after seeing the way that your employees handled a disgruntled customer today I was very impressed. Great job, guys, you kept your cool. You kept your composure, you were very kind and very patient. Keep up the great work, guys.!
I really enjoy Starbucks and appreciate the regular, full-time baristas at this location. However, there always seems to be a new barista who struggles with my order, especially when I try one of the latest trendy drinks. Most recently, the barista forgot to add the espresso shots to my $7 Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato and tried to convince me that the drink was supposed to taste that way. Hands down thee best Starbucks I have and will ever go to. They ALWAYS fix my coffee perfect every time. The atmosphere is a nice, warm, welcoming one and always love coming in there to see everyone!
