Specifically ordered caffeine free due to being on lasix. My drink tasted different than my usual drink but I just assumed they make it differently there. Ended up with a migraine that night. Come to find out today when I went to order on the app for another location that this location put caffeine in my drink without my knowledge. Mistakes happen but this is a serious violation of trust as caffeine is a stimulant. Manager did offer free drinks but I declined because I don’t feel safe going here now.
I usually don’t buy Starbucks drinks, but I needed one today and they were super helpful when I asked for something sugar-free, dairy-free, and high in caffeine. She even wrote the drink name on top so I’d know what to order next time. Great service! This was on Thursday May 7th at 8:30am.
