I usually don’t get any sort of outstanding service from Starbucks baristas but today Mady was fantastic. I literally had to ask her for her name just to write this review. I hadn’t had the pink drink in a while and Mady’s skills made me ask myself why I don’t come to Starbucks more often. She was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the different types of drinks. SHE DESERVES 10 STARS. Because of her, I will definitely begin to purchase more drinks at this local target.
Got my order wrong, and I'm lactous, so I was on the toilet 🚻 for a long time. ☹️
I visited this location 3/5 around 12:45… it was pouring rain. So when I got in the parking lot I went ahead and ordered my drink on the app because I knew it would be hard for them to hear me through the speaker, I ordered, pulled up to the speaker and let them know I had a mobile order and the girl inside proceeded to be hateful saying “I see your order you placed 55 seconds ago, in the future you need to give us 5-10 minutes. I paid almost $10 for a caramel crunch frappe with extra caramel drizzle and two shots of espresso and paid extra for both. When I got to church, which I was late to because the drive thru was so slow, it didn’t have extra caramel and definitely not two shots of espresso. It was definitely a disappointment.
