If you want good service, then go to this Starbucks location! All the staff is fantastic. They use your name when they greet you at the window or inside with a mobile order. Today, I placed a mobile order where I indicated Lactose-free milk (I have a sensitivity). The drink came with a cold foam. I hadn't actually looked to see if there was a lactose free option. They waited until I arrived to confirm if I would like lactose free cold foam, to ensure that I wasn't going to have a reaction if I was lactose intolerant. They ha... read more
I’ve driven through this location several times in the past and always had a great impression. Today, I dined inside for the first time, and the girl who took my order made my birthday even more special. She took the time to draw and write birthday wishes on my cup, which instantly melted my heart. Such a sweet gesture! Thank you for your kindness—it truly means a lot to a customer.
