I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, and I’ve always been patient and willing to understand. But this time, I was met with indifference and zero explanation. I wasn’t even given a chance to understand the issue—they just brushed it off. Then they messed up my drink on top of it. It’s not the customer’s fault that the store is short-staffed. A bit of basic respect would go a long way. Would not recommend.
If you want good service, then go to this Starbucks location! All the staff is fantastic. They use your name when they greet you at the window or inside with a mobile order. Today, I placed a mobile order where I indicated Lactose-free milk (I have a sensitivity). The drink came with a cold foam. I hadn't actually looked to see if there was a lactose free option. They waited until I arrived to confirm if I would like lactose free cold foam, to ensure that I wasn't going to have a reaction if I was lactose intolerant. They ha... read more
