When i first started going to this starbucks it was wonderful, made right everytime, and no burnt coffee. Now im sad to say it has completely changed, the service and quality has gone down hill. For how expensive this coffee is, it is not up to par. This has happened a handful of times and now I will no longer go there.
I’m not a coffee shop regular. I went into this Starbucks to kill some time between appointments. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious!
The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and the drinks are always good . I usually go pick up our drinks but this evening I ordered through DoorDash. The drinks turned out to be watery and flavourless. This was unusual because as I said the drinks are always good. I drove to the store with them and they apologised and replaced them no question asked. It turns out that the dasher had taken a while to pick up the drinks so they had been sitting out.
