I dont know what’s going on with the matcha today but I am so extremely disappointed by my experience today. I wanted to get the banana bread matcha because it’s one of my favourite drinks and it’s actually my birthday today so it felt like a nice treat. Awesome place. Friendly people
My mom and I were going through the drive through and the guy working freaked out at my mom and I for ordering two chocolate chip chunk cookies. We said warmed up and this guy with black hair, and glasses was unprofessional. Who snapped at us. We go to Starbucks all around and I have friends who work for Starbucks and they never ever freak out a customers for ordering cookies in the drive through. Childish behaviour. It was two cookies. The line was not long and there was one car behind us.
We come here every weekend with the kids and the staff are so incredibly nice. They always give out free treats.
