It’s +26° feels like +32° and being a bus driver inside a bus with no AC feels like +40°. I hopped into the Baltzan Blvd location and kindly asked the two woman working if they’d be willing to refill my water bottle with ice and water… ZERO hesitation from either of them, she took my bottle and gave it a rinse and promptly put ice and cold water in it then handed it to me and said “Have a nice day” Kind, Courteous and VERY HELPFUL! I dont know what’s going on with the matcha today but I am so extremely disappointed by my experience today. I wanted to get the banana bread matcha because it’s one of my favourite drinks and it’s actually my birthday today so it felt like a nice treat. My mom and I were going through the drive through and the guy working freaked out at my mom and I for ordering two chocolate chip chunk cookies. We said warmed up and this guy with black hair, and glasses was unprofessional. Who snapped at us. We go to Starbucks all around and I have friends who work for Starbucks and they never ever freak out a customers for ordering cookies in the drive through. Childish behaviour. It was two cookies. The line was not long and there was one car behind us.
