I placed an order on doordash and the driver had forgotten one of the items so I went to the Starbucks location I had originally ordered from and they had not only replaced what was forgotten by the driver but they had given me a discount for a future order. Thank you! I appreciate it a lot!!
I rarely write reviews but the customer service here is bad, from both workers. They charged twice for a drink and after i told her she did she said she deleted it which wasn’t true because it clearly said 2 for the price of 12.90. For my other drink i asked for venti with an extra shot of espresso and were trying to give me a grande and when i told them they made me a venti but with no extra shot. It just seems like they charge you and make you what they want. Will never be coming here again. Thanks Audrey
