Edited review after manager response: Ah yes—“we pride ourselves on high standards”… just not apologizing or fixing anything. Saw the same employee again, so clearly working perfectly 👍 I’ve been coming here for years, but this was easily the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve been coming here for years, but this was easily the worst experience I’ve had. Andrew’s attitude was so nasty from the second I pulled up. On top of that, he still managed to mess up a simple order. I asked for a venti iced matcha latte and got a regular. When I pointed it out, he shut the window and came back acting like I was the problem, without even apologizing! I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years and usually love the service. Chris, Tania, and the rest of the team are always great. But today’s experience with Jessica at the drive-thru was unacceptable. Instead of focusing on customers, she was chatting with people outside who weren’t even in a car while the line was waiting. When she finally opened the window, not even a simple hello — just attitude.
